Poor quality control July 22, 2016 Reviewer: Andy from St Petersburg, FL United States   Not necessarily MVS's fault, but the Axiom tank was unusable upon receipt. The insulator beneath the positive post was either melted, or shredded, making a build impossible without constant arcing and shorting. I understand things happen, but I paid an extra $40 for overnight shipping... Upon sending an email to MVS requesting the situation be rectified, I was told to send the unit back for inspection and they will "fix" or replace. In my opinion, this is not the correct way to handle this. They should immediately send out a replacement, with the same shipping and include a shipping slip for the defective one, rather than make someone wait upwards of 2 weeks for a product they paid to be shipped overnight. As good as it looks! July 22, 2016 Reviewer: Kristin from Syracuse , NY United States   Well, it DOESN'T burn my lips... And I tested it by chain vaping for quite a while. It's a beautiful, compact tank. It's amazing how much metal they Don't need!  Flavor I'm getting is best I've had in a long time. Top fill is easy, nice large openings. No gurgles or spit back and I've filled it several times. Check to see if coil is tight before first fill, mine wasn't. You can also fit pretty much any 510 drip tip inside the one it comes with if you don't like the one on it. Great service from MVS as usual. Thank you! Was this review helpful to you?
