Hello, I made a purchase a couple months back and the package was torn into and stolen by I’m assuming Fedex.
I sent pics and an email to you and also filed a claim with FedEx, their reply was that they don’t offer anything based on the cost and that I would have to contact who I purchased.
Obviously it’s not the fault on your end, nor is it mine. I have made several purchases since then with no issue and even made a purchase that day that I received the empty FedEx box/envelope.
Please let me know if you are willing to address this. I can resend pics and email if it’s not in your system. It’s been the same purchase each time which you may be able to see in my history.
