I knew the nebox had leaking problems, but only on random ones. I received NO help or real insight from MVS, actually they treated me like a rookie and like an idiot. I have enough background and help from a local vape store that I told them about. I let them know what I tried and what my friend at the vape bar I go to tried, I was sent an email with the very suggestion that I told them I tried. Then was treated to a email letting me know that all vaporizer leaks. So I guess 45mls of liquid is normal for all vapes to leak. Sorry, I was ranting, but there is a fix for the duds. If you use a o-ring on chimney tube then there is nothing to worry about. I have been leak free. I had to spend over $100 before finding the fix, but YouTube has the answer. I love this model now.
