Faulty Batteries November 16, 2021 Reviewer: Marie C. from New York   I had 3 T20-S kits for the past few years and, as all these batteries are prone to do, they started failing to hold a charge. I had been very happy with these kits so I ordered a couple of replacements. I got 2 new kits within a few months of each other and neither one of them will hold a charge for very long. I'm talking like after an hour they go to red. I'm pretty disappointed. Was this review helpful to you?

Failed Product Failed Vendor November 9, 2021 Reviewer: Maureen Galligan from Chicago , IL United States   Purchased 2 of these and neither one could hold juice - the juice just poured puddled out of both of them. I don't understand what kind of QC is going on with Innokin. My emails to MVS to inquire only bounce back as undeliverable using the address they give for requesting support. MVS doesn't seem much interested in addressing any concerns, complaints of the products they sell. Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent Vape store February 12, 2021 Reviewer: Dana Hostetler from New salem, PA United States   This came fast and it was perfectly packaged, I ordered this model from another vape store and was sent the endura t20 instead of the t20s,you cannot even buy coils for the t20.I took a chance and found MVS.
