best of NOVO 2 series April 7, 2023 Reviewer: Vahid M from Edison, NJ United States   This device is so far the best in the NOVO 2 series. It is virtually leak proof, the pod comes off easy, refilling is so easy. As someone else said, taking off the top to refill is not very easy by hand so I use my tooth from the long edge comes off easily. Was this review helpful to you?

Good February 25, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   A huge con would be the way they did the top fill. This is a huge struggle for anybody who has issues with their hands. As someone who struggles with arthritis I have a very hard time opening these pods. I had to use my teeth to open it the first time. However, everything else about the device I love. I like that I can use most Novo pods. (other than Novo X, found that out the hard way) And I absolutely love the fact that I can change the air flow so no matter what you can set it to your hit type.
