The battery doesn’t last January 18, 2023 Reviewer: Francisco Velazquez from Madison, WI United States   I love smok products and especially the nord. I have been using Nord since the first one but this 5 clams to de super in battery life but is not. I got 2 devices and one stops working when it gets to 20% battery life, the design is amazing but not good in battery life. Was this review helpful to you?

Maybe I got a bad pod - the fill plug was awful December 3, 2022 Reviewer: SD from Jakin, GA United States   I just recently received the unit, only on my second coil and the fill plug is destroyed. From the start I had trouble with the plug. It just wouldn't turn loose. After a few fills, and it goes through juice rapidly, the tab came off the plug and I was reduced to using tweezers to get it out. Other Problems: Battery life is very poor, even at 35 watts; Juice consumption...; flavor is also off. I've been a vaper for more than 5 years and a customer of MVS for a long time as well.
