Omni PEN June 19, 2020 Reviewer: caitlyn vignari from Rochester , NY United States   Hello, I have ordered from you a few times now and been very pleased with the fast shipment of my orders! so thankyou SO much for that my only issue is that this last time I ordered 5 pens, and 2 of them didn't seem to function properly. A pen normally last me 3-4 days and these 2 only lasted one. it seems like there wasn't the normal amount of hits/juice in them. Is there way I can have 2 replaced?
