High shipping costs September 13, 2022 Reviewer: Jaime from United States   The product I ordered arrived in a prompt manner, within 1 week of ordering. However, although I picked the only shipping method they would allow and it was USPS ground, it was really expensive. $9.99 to ship a very small package. It is also misleading, as the website states "free shipping" plus a $7 fee. My shipping was definitely not free and was definitely more than $7. Was this review helpful to you?

Our atomizers are defective which we understand  happens. My only issue is We are not receiving any replies to the email I have sent asking how to return for same product or get our money back. April 14, 2022 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from HOMESTEAD, FL United States   Product arrived quickly. However, the package is quite small, the shipping cost is very expensive. There are no other shipping options available and that is a problem. I wouldn't mind waiting a little longer and pay less in shipping, for a 3.8 oz package. $8 is too much for such a small shipment with no other shipping choices available.
