Careless customer service December 28, 2020 Reviewer: Keith Verbosky from Uniontown , PA United States   I had an experience on my last order that will cause me to take my business elsewhere permanently. I placed my order on December 14th and paid for two day shipping. Later that day I received a tracking number and was advised my order was waiting to be picked up by USPS. Two times within the next TEN days I emailed customer service wondering why my status has not changed and was assured that the package is enroute and because of the holidays USPS hasent been scanning at every location. TWICE I was fed these lies!!!!!! Finally in December 25th my shipping status got changed to show it was picked up by the postal service. Now is scheduled for delivery on the 30th. Keep in mind these products showed in stock at the time of purchase and this company lied to me twice as they held my order. Paid for 2 day shipping and still don’t have them 1/2a month later! Yoyoyo!!! October 7, 2020 Reviewer: P-Teezy from Flushing, NY United States   This is obviously an upgraded version of the previous hyde color edition. The new airflow (now adjustable) is pretty impressive. If u turn it up all the way u get a much more airy, borderline DTL hit on them. And the size on the device overall is way bigger than I thought they'd be. More juice, bigger battery life=absolut bliss.....What more can I say? Was this review helpful to you?
