People need to learn how to read!! December 22, 2020 Reviewer: Cary Allen from Fairfield, ME United States   If you read about this item it CLEARLY STATES that items may be broken because these are just returned items that are not checked, that is the reason your getting them for so damn cheap. I have ordered a few of these and one of them was un useable but this is a gamble, not a guarantee. on the other hand I also got a $50 RTA and it was only missing the spare tank glass! and I got it for $5.99! sorry but I will take the chance to loose 6 bucks for a very good chance to make my money back 10X. 2 years old device December 18, 2020 Reviewer: GEV from Shoreline, WA United States   Really?! I got: 1. Two years old Mod Basium 180w Squonk Mod 2. One-year-old Built-in-battery not working Mod Wismec Sinuous Solo without a tank in the box. 3. Melo 300 tank with the label "Sample. For testing purpose only!" All three things go to the trash heap. Sorry for the money thrown away. It is a pity that the company makes money on garbage and it seems that it considers us to be garbage. Was this review helpful to you?

Damaged no response December 17, 2020 Reviewer: Jeremy W   Got the kangertech spider kit in my random open box. Doesn't power on straight out of shipper. Plugged in to charge no charging indication on display. After a few hours of charging still doesn't power on. Sent email to customer service 3 times no response. You would think before they ship they would check for evident damage or proper operation. Sad I've referred several people to MVS and this customer service is lackluster. Cheap mod damaged isn't a big deal. Bad customer service is. Was this review helpful to you?
