Battery Defective, Poor service October 15, 2019 Reviewer: RANDY PRZYBILLA from INDEPENDENCE, WI United States   Received and battery couldn't heat up coil even on Full charge.  Emailed company for return and replacement but got No reply.  I ordered the replacement myself and paid for 2 day shipping. I check status on order on 3rd day and it says processing.  Why are we paying extra for faster shipping when it takes 3 days to process an order?  I end up paying shipping to return defective item, paid $10.50 to ship me two items just for a $24 kit because first one is junk.   I would never buy from this company again.  Shop elsewhere people. Good product, shipping? Not so much August 13, 2019 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from MA   I recently ordered an Aspire Nautilus AIO starter kit. The product is nice and would definitely recommend it. But, I paid extra to get it with express 2-day shipping and still it took 5 days for me to receive the product. Excellent small device July 1, 2019 Reviewer: Michelle from Hermitage, TN United States   I love that it's small but also holds plenty of juice.  I find that one tank will last through two batteries/charges.  Filling is a bit cumbersome, and definitely needs a small diameter spout on the bottle to work well.  Finally figured out that you need to tip the bottle and SLOWLY fill down the side of the opening.  Uses the same BVC coils as the Nautilus tank my husband uses, so that's a plus, too.  It seems to carry the same power from newly charged until the very last few draws before it dies. I like the airflow control and the power consistency between all six color models that I now own.  :) Was this review helpful to you?

Aspire Nautilus June 24, 2019 Reviewer: Emily Wilson   Very pleased with this purchase. I much prefer the smaller smaller size compared to a full size mod. I like the sleek color options. Only down side is that I have noticed sometimes when I hit it, I end up with e-liquid in my mouth. I did happen when the battery was low so maybe charging it will fix that. I haven't tried it again since charging. Also, long battery life for a smaller device. Was this review helpful to you?
