As a new customer, this is a mess. I previously ordered these vapes from another company and was always satisfied. They stopped selling them. Both vapes received did not work. One leaked and was empty. The other just did not work. They sent one replacement at first because I had only thought the leaking one would be an issue. I got the replacement only for it to be leaking as well, other did not work.  At this point I have had 3 vapes shipped and none of them work. I just really want a refund so I can purchase elsewhere. They are only offering a store credit and to ship a replacement. A store credit does not work for me because I do not use thc or nicotine. I am having to remind them neither 2 work. The only way this can be resolved is for two replacements to be shipped and both work, or a refund to my card. This is no fault of the customer. This may be happening in their shipping process. That means the product does not need to be sold or there needs to be another shipping method.
