Smoktech Hole Puncher for DCT December 18, 2014 Reviewer: Exekiel Radel from Sterling, CO United States   The punch is weak crushes the cartomizer more than it punctures a hole in the side.  If i had to do the purchase all over I would take 10 more minutes and drive to Home depot to purchase a inline Self-piercing Saddle Valve For the product itself and material. using a pair of pliers it will get the job done for emergencies.
