Temperature control issues January 19, 2015
Reviewer: Aaron B from Berkeley, CA
I wrote out a long review but was told by the website that it had to be 1,000 characters, so I'll keep it short.

(1) The gun metal *will* wear off quickly.

(2) The temperature control problems destroy the device's usefulness.

On the latter, I've tested the Vamo7 with a variety of tanks and ohm builds (Aspire Atlantis, Kanger Subtank, Plume Veil RDA). It says "too hot" after between 1 and 5 hits no matter what you put on it.

I also have a DNA 30 mod as a comparison. It *never* says "too hot" with any of the above tanks. The only tank/build my DNA 30 had issues with was a Billow RTA dual coil build at 0.4 ohms. It started getting "too hot" after 3-5 hits.

But with other mods, the "too hot" screen is an exception. With the Vamo7, it is the rule. It is constant. It will destroy your vaping experience regardless of your tank or setup.

This is an emphatic *DO NOT BUY.*

worst purchase ever made. January 16, 2015
Reviewer: christian decker from loveland, CO United States
It says "too hot" every other time I touch it even when I'm outside in the snow says it when I haven't touched it in hours it turns off on its own it tell me there is atomized issues when there's not the button sticks the finish is already half worn off to the bare metal and its not even a week old I would really like to return or exchange it out for a different product or I won't be purchasing from here again.

Vamo 7 January 16, 2015
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Browndale, PA United States
Piece of crap. The first one I recieved I hit the fire button and it shut off about 8 different times, then when i finally got it to stay on, I go to hit the fire button and the TOO HOT would come up on the screen. So i had to email the MVS and tell them of the problem because they don't have a phone number for someone to call. They  sent me a label to send the vamo 7 back so i did. I recieved my replacement yesterday and guess what the same thing TOO HOT on the screen. I am using the kanger subtank and a kanger evod glass. Tried tank on different mod's and no problem. So i email the problem again today we'll see what happen's next. I don't want a replacement

vamo body January 9, 2015
Reviewer: Tommy Wright from Lexington, OK United States
Be aware that the body of the Vamo units is cast hard pewter not maleable metal. The gun metal and chrome are hot dipped coatings on this metal.

The good is my Vamo is still working after 3.5 years but has cracks in the body and no coating whatsoever.. Also very heaving large compared to newer mod units

Vamo7 January 5, 2015
Reviewer: Marion Cook from Carrollton, GA United States
Works good but finish wore off within first week.  Looks crazy now.  It works good nice vapor and easy to use. Other than the finish wearing off I and happy with it I guess.
