So MVS had me mail the item back, but it’s been nearly 3 weeks and no answer to my emails, no refund, and no replacement item. Not sure what’s the issue at this point. Bad product or bad business. Highly disappointed to say the least, especially considering this was my first experience using MVS after being referred here by a few friends that had many good things to say about it. I’ve lost $25 on my first purchase so....Purchase at your own risk I suppose.
