Item arrived DOA.... March 21, 2020 Reviewer: Rob from United States   So MVS had me mail the item back, but it’s been nearly 3 weeks and no answer to my emails, no refund, and no replacement item. Not sure what’s the issue at this point. Bad product or bad business. Highly disappointed to say the least, especially considering this was my first experience using MVS after being referred here by a few friends that had many good things to say about it. I’ve lost $25 on my first purchase so....Purchase at your own risk I suppose. Was this review helpful to you?

Kinda disappointed December 4, 2018 Reviewer: jskinner from SLO, CA   UPDATE: Very disappointed. The socket that the pods slot into broke. Whole thing no longer functional. Still have an empty pod from when I ordered. Normally I like to wait a few weeks to review. Peoples initial impressions usually dont speak to quality or longevity. But...then I often forget to make any review. So main con here is what Im assuming is a bad connection (the contact points are very small) and/or too much airflow messing up the mix. Im inclined to the former as the light rarely activates until Ive  been drawing a couple seconds. The mouthpiece cover is very wiggly and loose but a good idea for people who use their pockets and dont want to be digging out lint. Just needs a kick in the posterior power-wise. For me driving is a factor: sick of huge mods smashing to the ground when I  get out. Plus real cigs dont weigh 97lbs so thats a drag too PS apostrophes removed cuz they turn into âà for some reason Was this review helpful to you?
