Flavor is fine, customer service not so much February 15, 2024 Reviewer: Sarah from OH United States   MVS has been my go-to, partly because they don’t charge stupidly expensive taxes to ship to my state. However, their customer service is non-existent. I’ve had issues with a few recent orders, and you can’t get a response from MVS to save your life. They never respond to emails, and their phone doesn’t work. As much as I love the prices and fast shipping, zero communication has really turned me off from MVS. Was this review helpful to you?

problems February 22, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   The 4 30ml bottles of vapetasia killer kustard I received do not seem to be right. The color is orange instead of the usual light yellow in all 4 bottles. The one bottle I have opened tastes awful, and the hit is way more harsh than I am used to with this product.
