wattage buttons are located on the side and protrude from the device... there is no way to lock them, so its always a different wattage setting when you take it out of your pocket... even if you power lock the device.
This wouldn't be a one star issue, in fact it's tolerable because the rest of the device is quite nice. But one drop on that side, and the buttons just don't work anymore. I've gone through two of these in a week, I dropped my nord 2 hundreds of times with little to no issue over the course of a year and change.
if this happens, you can pull up the plastic piece and remove the buttons... the wattage doesn't really stay locked so you will have to poke in with a screw driver to set it back. I see a lot of "leaky pods" complaints, and this leaks less than any of the previous nord devices Ive owned. But these buttons, the device should be recalled.
