return/ replace, vapor leaking June 28, 2023 Reviewer: cindy price from Paris, TX United States   I love this SmokARCFOX; It is the 3rd starter kit I have purchased from you and while I like them all; this is my favorite kit. Unfortunately I have tightened and twisted the moving parts in hopes that it would stop the vape juice from escaping but I have been unable to do so. I would love to exchange this and receive the same thing when I return this one. broke twice November 13, 2022 Reviewer: Larry Cook from New Orleans , LA United States   I brought the mod and after about an month, the mod's started saying battery check and low batteries and cuts off. I sent it to back and after a month it came back. A month later the same issue started again and the warranty company won't answer my email. Was this review helpful to you?

K-- I see a couple of bad reviews here-- but MVS does have a return policy-- so I use mine for 15 days before a review So-- this mod is a marvel - from the precision engineered tank--( tfv-18, that hasn't leaked once ) to the coils the tank uses-- no leaks -- great flavor -- humongous clouds- and coils that last. The mod ( arcfox) is beautifully done-- so it looks good ( mine is black)-- fits the hand--lightweight- and we'll made - solid no rattles-- batt. door is tight-- held in place by a latch-- tank deck is centered - and with the included tfv-18 tank -- is well balanced -- mod can be used by right or left hand vapers, -- the silicone skin is dust and fingerprint resistant -- all in all -- for the $ -- it's one great mod-- I'm thinking my new favorite-- MVS had it here in 3 days Was this review helpful to you?
