Flavor is fine, customer service not so much February 15, 2024 Reviewer: Sarah from OH United States   MVS has been my go-to, partly because they don’t charge stupidly expensive taxes to ship to my state. However, their customer service is non-existent. I’ve had issues with a few recent orders, and you can’t get a response from MVS to save your life. They never respond to emails, and their phone doesn’t work. As much as I love the prices and fast shipping, zero communication has really turned me off from MVS. Was this review helpful to you?

I really wish MVS would reply to emails… February 10, 2024 Reviewer: Sarah G from OH United States   No, this isn’t a review for the juice, but I’m hoping that someone from MVS actually pays attention. I’ve had issues with a couple of recent orders, and I CANNOT get ahold of anyone. Emails go into the void, and their phone just gives an early 90’s dial-up internet sound. I very much appreciate that they don’t add extra tax to ship to my state, but saving a few bux isn’t worth losing money when I have issues with an order. Then to add insult to injury, I placed an order within the past week, then my email start getting flooded with coupon codes. Of course I can’t get ahold of anyone to see if a code could be applied to the order I just made. Looks like it’s time to either quit vaping or find a new company to get my stuff from. Never fails March 5, 2020 Reviewer: juan gonzalez from College Point , NY United States   I’ve tried svrf line before free base nic back when I used to sub ohm, now I pretty much Exclusively vape open pod system/aios and salts.
