I ordered these on 10/21. On 10/23 FedEx marked my pkg delivered but I did NOT receive it. I called FedEx and emailed MVP cust service. I was told they opened a FedEx claim and to wait to 3 days for the "investigation." When I called FedEx Fri evening, they said there were NO claims open. They cannot get a hold of the driver regarding my missing pkg. I called again just now and they are opening a claim for reimbursement but MY VAPOR STORE gets reimbursed, not me. I have tried to contact custo.er service via email since you do NOT have a phone number to either send me a new order or refund me immediately!! The lack of real customer service for a loyal customer who orders regularly is awful! I have had to place an order elsewhere for any juice as my 2 day shipping went out the window and I spent more money than I needed to because you haven't helped me! If you are getting the refund from FedEx for MY ORDER I PAID FOR, then I want compensation IMMEDIATELY!! Horrible....
