Good product but had problems December 26, 2022 Reviewer: Michael Thompson from Jackson, MS United States   Received this product a couple of days ago and when I got it I ran into a couple of issues with it one when I got it the base was screwed on so tight I had to use a pair of pliers on both ends just to separate it to get the build deck apart  then my second problem was when I was trying to clean it I was trying to remove the glass and I looked at all of the videos on YouTube on how to remove the glass but I'm here to tell you if that glass is stuck on that rubber seal on the top of the deck real tight you will not get it off of their i did everything I could to remove that glass and it just wouldn't come out so finally I grabbed it and tried to pull on the glass but it broke and cut the shit out of my thumb only thing I can say is if you do get that glass off of that rubber seal make sure to put a little bit of E juice on the inside rim of the glass so it can come off that gasket a lot easier.
