I like the size and menu and performance but. February 26, 2023 Reviewer: Steve Delano from Carrollton, TX United States   The initial setup would be good if the installation were better. It's been about a decade since I had to buy a new mod,  lucky for me I am a techy.  Retired electronics tech, computer tech, network security and occasionally an admin.   It still took me way to long to get it set up.   The other thing I don't like is the plastic bottom. Could be happier with customer service May 14, 2021 Reviewer: Mindy Willis from Cape Coral , FL United States   I love the innokin proton this is my 3rd one. I have yet to find another mod that has its features. My issue is when I received the mod it has a crack in it. No big deal as I understand sometimes stuff happens so I’ve tried contacting the website about it and I haven’t heard anything back yet so I went ahead and contacted innokin and they told me to contact the seller as they are supposed to honor the warranty something tells me I’m gunna get ran around and ignored until the warranty runs out if that happens I will never buy one again Was this review helpful to you?

Replacing my failing stick Vaper February 10, 2020 Reviewer: William from Leander, TX   Started vaping on the cheap pen style Vapes upgraded to the proton and I've been pleasantly pleased ever since.  While the tank that comes with the kit is a hot vape I switched back to my old style tank a sub ohm one and love it. Tank Fail! MOD is great! October 21, 2019 Reviewer: Max Lucas from Powell, WY United States   I like the MOD. No problems there. But the tank.....Several times when changing the filter, the filter comes off inside the tank. Not on the base. This makes it very hard and time consuming changing out tank. No matter how tight I screw new tank into the base, there's a 70% chance it comes off attached inside the glass. Was this review helpful to you?

Great kit June 25, 2019 Reviewer: Ian F from Milpitas, CA United States   This is a solid kit. The mod works great and the Plex tank combined makes for some good looking hardware. I’m on my third one and I’ll keep getting these. Only minor gripe is that this is not the most durable mod out there. Joystick was stuck on my last one but nonetheless, given the price, I was happy with it hence I replaced it with a new one. Can’t go wrong here folks. Enjoy. Was this review helpful to you?
