Disappointing Customer Support Experience Diminish |

As a customer since 2013, I've spent thousands with MYVAPORSTORE.COM However, recent issues with missing spare parts and unresponsive support have left me disappointed. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, no reply was received. This follows a prior incident where incorrect parts forced an unnecessary repurchase. The unavailability of these parts in the USA worsens the situation. Such poor customer support jeopardizes my long-term loyalty.
