GREAT mod March 6, 2024 Reviewer: Zachary Bell from Granbury, TX United States   I love the design of this mod. The combined fire button/screen performs beautifully and the hand feel is just amazing. The solid construction and the easily replaceable battery make this mod one amazing part of a good kit. The coil plus and coil refresh modes actually work to restore flavor and extend coil life. Pair this with Innokin's own Zenith tanks, GeekVape's Zeus, or VooPoo's U-Force L for an amazing experience. The only con I have is the battery door, which could come loose over time, but that's more of a use/care issue and not a design flaw. Was this review helpful to you?

Purchased on 4 December 2023 January 8, 2024 Reviewer: John S. from Stratford, CT United States   Arrived 12/17/23. On 1/7/24, I refilled AJAX tank I paired with it & Fire Key won't fire. We have 4-21700 batteries & Nighthawk Wall & Car Chargers to change out batteries. Battery has full charge, Fire Key isn't clicking/rocking. Prior to changing battery, I put pressure below Fire Key's Temp + - buttons & a Plume would billow til unit & tank became HOT & timed out. I've had several Innokin Mods since 2018 when I began vaping. I've always purchased at innokinstore.com, but due to ship times & wanting the 2 mods & 4 Juices for Gifts from Santa Cloud, I ordered here. Mever dropped, misused, or used Mod improperly & I think Mod is Defective. On 1/2/24 i received email from Norton re: extending coverage beyond 1/4 (to be purchased by the 1/4), but didn't see til 1/6. On 12/20/23, I received notice of my Uncle passing, packed clothes & the gifts & stayed with my Sister, Mom, & Niece til 1/6/2024, 3 days after my Uncle entered Eternal Rest. Good mod except battery door very hard to open December 6, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   This has been a good mod for 10 months except battery door is very hard to open. The other day I found the door open and it would not close. Looked like the door or hinge might be bent. On closer inspection in bright light with magnifying glasses I saw the door and a sleeve that goes down inside the mod was held in by 2 tiny torx screws. Black screws on black so hard to even see those are screws in there they are so tiny. Anyway they were loose. I tightened them up with a T5 torx bit, took several turns, but then I got the door closed. You may want an electronics repair kit screwdriver set. cheap from HF.  I will use the USB charge going forward and never open that door again. Was this review helpful to you?

Poor engineering July 19, 2022 Reviewer: Corey J from Mississippi, United States   The Kroma 217 Z Force worked great at first then it failed after 6 weeks of careful use. The bottom battery door is poorly designed. The hinge has a lot of play in it and over time becomes loose. There is a kill switch button it must press upon to give the box power. This switch must be depressed more than the hinged door is capable of after a few battery change outs. Stick with the older model with the big button on the bottom. It worked great for over a year.
