You guys need to reply to my email. Horrible customer service! I've lost $75 ordering from MVS. My item got shipped and the person who handles mail there sent it back to sender because they did not realize it was for me. All I needed was for MVS to re ship it to a different location, but they are impossible to get in contact with! Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I even said in my email I would pay whatever it cost to have my disposable vapes to be re shipped to a new location. I just lost $75 because I ordered disposable vapes through you guys and I promise I will never order again! You guys haven't even responded to any of my emails. You need to make things right or you will go out of business. And I will make sure you go out of business! My package got sent back to you by mistake and I already payed! You need to contact me so I can get my products that I payed for.
