This company does not communicate. If you have an issue with your product, good luck getting in touch with someone to resolve it. If you send it back for replacement, good luck getting something in return or reimbursed. I sent something back under warranty and have not heard anything from them in two weeks. No replacement sent, no refund, no store credit…nothing. I’ve disputed the transaction with my credit card company. Do yourself a favor and find a company with a telephone number associated with it so you can call if you have questions. Stay away from this place!!!
