Product DOA August 10, 2021 Reviewer: Keary Koehler from San antonio, TX United States   I’ve tried emailing customer care two times with photos.  First attempt was the day my shipment came in and I saw the vape was damaged immediately after opening the sealed packaging and a couple of days following initial email when there was no reply.  I really enjoy using this product but I am desperate to resolve the issue of the defective device.  Therefore, I’m leaving my first low rating/ review in hopes somebody will take notice reply to my emails letting me know what I need to do to receive a replacement device/return the defective one. Great deal March 21, 2021 Reviewer: Mike Renner from Paint Lick, KY United States   This definitely works for a new battery for Novo pods plus they come with two pods pre filled one with mango and the other with purple berry flavor and for the price you can’t beat it.
