I’ve tried emailing customer care two times with photos. First attempt was the day my shipment came in and I saw the vape was damaged immediately after opening the sealed packaging and a couple of days following initial email when there was no reply. I really enjoy using this product but I am desperate to resolve the issue of the defective device. Therefore, I’m leaving my first low rating/ review in hopes somebody will take notice reply to my emails letting me know what I need to do to receive a replacement device/return the defective one.
