Great Vape when battery door stays shut August 18, 2023 Reviewer: Jay Glass from Phoenix, AZ United States   ... it does not.  I had one, thought I may have abused it too much.  Got another, the battery door started failing within a week or two.  Horrible design unless you want to walk around with a rubber band keeping the battery door shut O_o Was this review helpful to you?

Multiple issues June 24, 2023 Reviewer: James Haemmerle   I purchased 2 because of the tank size. I saw quickly that the battery door will not stay shut. I tried tape but only gluing the door helped. The adhesive holding the logo hand grip came off so I just removed it. The tank also leaks. I saw some time later that the Tank problem was fixed with the top fill. I figured that with all the problems they would have addressed a few of the issues that I mentioned. So I bought another one. No problem with the battery door (so far) or leaking. However, this one has more of a software problem. After two weeks I would click five times to turn it on, and it does not go into sleep mode. It just turns off. it also will stay on and not go into sleep mode or turn off, I have to remove the batteries. This happens  every time I fire it. It also did not charge correctly. I read somewhere to update the software. I went on the website and tried the process and my computer does not recognize what I downloaded from Voo Poo. I give up. Great job guys. Worst voopoo drag February 22, 2023 Reviewer: Alan Burnett from Sheffield, AL United States   I have had a drag 3 for about 8 months now, loved it I have had the previous drags to this one, loved them durable, if you dropped it never really worried about it. Expect this one, my biggest problem is the battery tray door, I had it for a few weeks and the battery cover  would just unlock and batteries fall out no matter how I held it batteries never seems snug, it was so sensitive, I had a rubber band holding it on, I'm right this review to say the battery cover is not connecting at all now I went to the closet and opened up my drag one has some cosmetic scuffs had the magnetic battery cover, batteries are holding snug and it hits and fires off like it was when I got it years ago, will not ever own a vape with a battery cover that pushes in and slides to lock the batteries in place Was this review helpful to you?

You need so I did the framework March 13, 2022 Reviewer: Mo from PA United States   I need to go to the website of voopoo and download the software, now here how it gets tricky, when I tried on it didn't recognize the device, when I tried off it didn't recognize the device, so I device to click 3 times on the device then the computer recognized the device and I was able to update my device, I don't know if that was my computer but if it happens to you try to do the 3 clicks maybe will help you too, device not bad has a little bit delay when you I'm vaping, not bad not special Just Mod I can't review the tank cuz I did not buy the one with the tank I bought only the device.
