Ignition RDA by Congrevape

The Ignition RDA is Congrevape’s very latest Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer (RDA) and it's first two post design. Inspired by the muscle cars that were on their walls as teenage boys, designers John Grefe & James Steward (Co-Founders) went for a distinctly automotive approach. The Ignition RDA is Congrevape’s first major release outside of the Doge lineup. Ignition is a 22mm diameter industry standard RDA and it sustains the high quality and affordability that Congrevape is known for.

The Ignition RDA features a two post design which allows for more build space, greater airflow and bigger clouds. The Ignition RDA features a standard 22mm diameter size designed to sit flush on most devices yet it has one of the largest build spaces and deepest wells on the market. The Ignition RDA features market leading airflow speed and control via the 'spark' parallelogram lazer cut airflow slots. The Ignition RDA utilizes food safe materials such as Corrosion Proof SAE 304 Steel, C110 Food Grade Copper and Ceramic.

The Ignition RDA features a black ceramic tip that is easily removable from the RDA. This tip is the result of extensive research and design into materials science and mechanical engineering. The style of seating of the tip uses the new CV-TipSys. This is an open source specification published by Congrevape for the size and mating type of the tip. The benefit in using the system is a larger tip than a traditional 510 and the removal of an o-ring installed on the tip. The CV-TipSys moves the o-ring into the female mating edge of the RDA. This allows for tips to be made from a variety of exotic materials that would not otherwise machine an o-ring groove well. The Ignition ceramic tip only comes in high polish black. It is 11mm inside diameter, 17mm outside diameter, and 10.5mm tall.

The Ignition RDA features some of the most exciting and desirable colors in use today by companies such as Samsung, Apple and Rolex. Each colorway has been poured over by the design team for perfect color tone and complementing accent.

Rebuildable atomizer: The user of this atomizer must install wick and wire (coil) in order to use it. This atomizer is not pre-installed with coil. Installation is required. Wick, wire and mesh sold separately.

Important Note:
Rebuildable atomizer coils and wicks have known risks.

Rebuildables are for experts, not average or beginner vapers with no multimeter or knowledge of how to use a meter, or when a meter must be used, or how electronic devices work. These materials cannot safely be used by the inexperienced or those without basic knowledge of electronics.

This is because:

1. A rebuildable coil/wick MUST be tested carefully with a meter before it is used.
2. If it is not tested it is entirely the risk of the user.
3. Faulty wicks/coils WILL blow electronic devices.
4. New coil/wick units must be tested and then used first on a strong basic electrical APV that has short circuit protection.
5. No new coil/wick assembly should be used on an electronic device until known to be safe.
6. These items destroy electronic devices if faulty. This is a known issue.

Tips for new nicotine users: Sub-ohm or low resistance atomizers produce a higher throat hit than standard,high resistance atomizers. We strongly suggest 3 to 6mg eLiquid or lower with sub-ohm or low resistance atomizer heads. Preference may vary depending on the user and frequency of use.

For standard,high resistance atomizers or restrictive devices (ex. pod based,pen), we recommend 6mg or higher due to the mouth to lung (MTL) design of this atomizer,tank. Preference may vary depending on the user and frequency of use.

Warning: Sub ohm or low resistance tanks should only be used by experienced users. Extra safety precautions should be practiced when using a sub ohm tank. This tank will only work on a mechanical mod or a regulated mod capable of firing sub ohm atomizers and coils. For example, if you have a 0.2ohm coil, your mod must be able to fire atomizers of 0.2ohm or lower. You must also ensure that your batteries can handle sub ohm atomizers and coils. If you're using a regulated mod, make sure it can handle the amps. Improper use can lead to injury or damage. For mechanical mod users, please use 20 Amp batteries or higher. Battery Safety Warning:

Use special caution when using Li-Ion cells, they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode or burn if mishandled. Make sure you have enough knowledge of Li-Ion rechargeable batteries in charging, discharging and assembly before use.

Do not let your batteries come into contact with metal objects such as keys, loose change or any other metal objects. Doing so will put you at risk for short circuiting your battery and explosion. Do not put loose batteries in your pocket, purse, bag or anywhere else. When the battery is not in use, you must store it in a plastic battery case to reduce the risk of a battery explosion.

Always charge in or on a fire-proof surface. Never leave charging batteries unattended.

Do not modify batteries or chargers in any shape or form.

Only use Lithium Ion rechargeable batteries in devices that have a built in protection circuit board(PCB) that detect shorts, over-discharge, over-charging etc. Use of lithium ion batteries without a PCB may increase your risk or explosion and,or fire.

Store your batteries away from the sun and heat to prevent overheating your batteries.

Please be sure to inspect your battery before use to ensure it is not damaged including tears or rips in the battery wrap. Discontinue use immediately if battery is damaged.

Do not discharge batteries below 2.5V. Do not charge the batteries over 4.2V.
