Shipping Info
We ship to U.S., Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. We try to ship orders as soon as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm EST and 11am EST on Saturdays are shipped same day (except on holidays).

Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS first class.
Warranty/DOA/Wrong Item Procedure
The quickest way to get an item exchanged is by sending us an email. If you receive a defective item, contact our customer service team by sending an email to info@myvaporstore.com explaining the problem. You will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back along with a RMA number. Replacements are ONLY shipped after the defective item(s) are shipped back to myvaporstore at the customer's expense. We will only replace defective items with working items of the same model. Do not ship anything to us without an RMA number or you may experience delays.
14-Day Warranty
Please test all products for defects upon receiving your order; especially when ordering in bulk. Please notify us immediately if an item is DOA/defective.
All Products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 14-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. The 14-Day warranty begins on the day the product is delivered to the customer. Items not covered under warranty: Cartridges, cartomizers e-Liquid and clearance items.
Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We do however, offer replacements for defective items (see above). Please contact us immediately by email at info@myvaporstore.com if you receive an item that you ordered incorrectly. Whether or not they have been opened, we do not offer exchanges on cartridges, cartomizers, e-Liquid and clearance items.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to info@myvaporstore.com. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

We do not guarantee that our parts and products are compatible with those of other manufacturers or suppliers.
