Did not fit atomizer

I sent an email and need to return these. I have 4 unopened and need cartridges that fit my eGo-T. In the description it says that they are for this product but the hole is too small for the pin to fit in. The ones that came with my kit have a larger hole (just a little) and work great. Please contact me asap as I need the cartridges.
