Depends on how often you use your ecig, whether you're sucking on it like a pacifier or just using it occasionally. I've found that I can make one of these batteries last between 8 and 12 hours, with a proper charge.
I've been using these batteries for 2.5 years. The only reason I buy new ones, is because I misplace them sometimes.
